Find your reservation in the “Booking” tab on your mobile application.
Upload all your documents - Driving Licence, ID & your payment card details (PO for Key Accounts) to the application to insure a smooth and hygienic experience.
Upon arrival at our offices, please make your way to our rental desk so the rental agent can validate your uploaded documents.
After validation, you will be asked to follow the vehicle inspect process using the app.
Final stage is for the inspection to be validated and for you to sign the agreement using the app.

Few details about the rental process
Security Deposit must be carried out before the rental, without deposit rental is not possible.
The deposit: Your Credit Card will be pre authorised 72 hours prior to the reservation Or immediately if the reservation is sooner.
The vehicle must be returned to the same condition and with the same amount of fuel to avoid additional charges.
Please take care while performing the handover & return inspection process with accordance to the application to avoid any errors.Any missing inspection details will be charged a fee
You will need to bring the following documents for each driver:
Your debit or credit card used for the deposit (it must be in the lead driver's name);
A valid form of ID with the same name and address as the licence
A valid driving licence for each driver of the vehicle (in case your licence is in a foreign language, thank you for presenting an official translation),
WARNING: Without these items, our agents will not give you the vehicle.LOCALIZATIONThe Customer expressly and unconditionally authorizes the Supplier (or any other subject this might instruct) to monitor at distance by satellite alarm system, or similar device, the correct use and working of the rented vehicle.

The deposit: Your Credit Card will be pre authorised 72 hours prior to the reservation Or immediately if the reservation is sooner.
The vehicle must be returned to the same condition and with the same amount of fuel to avoid additional charges.
Please take care while performing the handover & return inspection process with accordance to the application to avoid any errors.Any missing inspection details will be charged a fee
You will need to bring the following documents for each driver:
Your debit or credit card used for the deposit (it must be in the lead driver's name);
A valid form of ID with the same name and address as the licence
A valid driving licence for each driver of the vehicle (in case your licence is in a foreign language, thank you for presenting an official translation),

Albania was a blast: amazing landscapes, beaches, castle ruins, beautiful coasts and lakes, great food and affordable prices.
Hotels were very nice, roads were mostly good and cheap (highways) but occasionally, you got into tricky road contraction patches, requiring some skill and 'sense of space'.
There is a very stark contrast between the touristic areas and more rural bits; or even within city parts.
It is a gorgeous country in making, for sure, so still relatively lot of trash there in public spaces, on beaches or roads.

Take the main national roads - highways and expressways.
As for the rest of the roads - they are in terrible condition and the journey is very long, as you often have to really slow down and watch out for potholes in the road.

After a mere 1-2 hours, it became clear the city wasn't a good fit for us – a sprawling metropolis that didn't spark our interest. Prizren, however, was a delightful surprise. Its enchanting old town, alive with cafes and restaurants, instantly charmed us, and we decided to stay the night. The drive back to Tirana included a quick coffee in Durres, but the journey's true test came upon entering the capital. We were immediately ensnared in a monstrous traffic jam, losing over an hour before reaching our hotel. The sheer intensity of Tirana's traffic chaos forced us to reconsider our plans, leading us to cancel our day trip to Berat and explore Tirana further instead.

If you are planing to visit Albania by yourself with rented car, dont’t be surprised that you may get a car with problems , which would be able to drive only flat road, no hils. I strongly suggest to buy full coverage insurance, because Albanians are not careful drivers.

We had a great stay in Albania. Over a 1000km driven. Tirana - Vlore - Ksamil - Telepene - Berat - Shkodra - Durres - Tirana. A very diverse Country. So are the prices. We tried to also stop in smaller villages to find more traditional places and food.
